- Application information — name, email address, phone number, country, state, preferred language, employment status, experience with AI, Make.com and automation, CRM systems, B2B lead generation and sales, comfort with professional English, area of primary interest, goals, weekly availability, package and payment preference, desired start date, preferred contact time, and any additional questions you submit
- Purchase information — full legal name, email, phone, billing address, city, state, ZIP code, country, optional company name, selected package, and selected payment option
- Payment information — collected and processed by our payment processor. The Academy does not store full card numbers or security codes on this website
- Student account information — login credentials, progress, assessment results, and submitted projects
- Support communications — the content of messages you send us
- Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring pages, where analytics are enabled
How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- review applications and contact applicants about enrollment
- process purchases, payments, and refunds
- deliver the program, issue access, and administer assessments and certificates
- provide student and enrollment support
- send service messages about your account, sessions, and billing
- send marketing communications where you have consented, and honor withdrawals of consent
- maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
Legal Bases and Consent
Where required by applicable law, we process personal information on the basis of performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the Academy, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent.
Consent to phone, email, and text contact is collected separately at application and is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or writing to info@nexusaiautomationacademy.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop essential service messages about an active enrollment.
Sharing of Information
We share personal information only with:
- payment processors, to complete transactions
- the learning platform and student portal provider that hosts course delivery
- email, communication, and CRM providers used to administer enrollment and support
- professional advisors, where necessary and under confidentiality obligations
- authorities, where required by law or to protect legal rights
We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and Analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or cross-site tracking. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools.
The site stores one item locally in your browser: if you arrive through a partner or referral link, the referral code from that link is saved in your browser’s local storage for 30 days so that the partner who referred you can be credited if you enroll. It contains only the referral code and an expiry date — no name, email, or browsing history — and it is sent to us only if you submit a form. You can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
If analytics or advertising tools are added to this website in future, this section will be updated before they are enabled, and a cookie consent mechanism will be presented where the law requires one.
Data Retention
Application and enquiry data is retained for 24 months after your last contact with the Academy, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law. Purchase and billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. Student account data is retained for the duration of the access period and for a reasonable period afterward to support certificate verification. You may request deletion as described below.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to request a copy of your information in a portable format.
California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; the right to request a copy of that information; the right to request correction of inaccurate information; the right to request deletion, subject to legal exceptions; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted without an opt-out. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana — have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out, and may exercise them the same way.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal that decision by replying to our response.
