Earnings and Results Disclaimer

What the Academy Provides

Nexus AI Automation Academy provides education and support. That includes structured lessons, downloadable materials, templates, scripts, assessments, practical projects, and—depending on the package purchased—group mentoring, assignment feedback, sales-call practice, and private one-on-one sessions across all four areas: AI and Make.com automation, CRM systems and lead management, B2B lead generation, and remote sales.

That is the whole of what is being sold. Nothing beyond education and support is offered, promised, or implied.

Individual Outcomes Vary

Individual outcomes vary. Results depend on factors including, but not limited to:

• the student’s participation in the program
• the effort applied to lessons, exercises, and projects
• whether and how the student implements what is taught
• the student’s previous experience, skills, and professional network
• market conditions, industry demand, and local competition
• time available, business decisions, pricing, and other factors outside the Academy’s control

No Guarantee of Employment

Purchasing the program does not guarantee employment. The Academy is not an employer, an employment agency, or a job-placement service. It does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, or any specific position.

No Guarantee of Clients, Income, or Business Results

Purchasing the program does not guarantee clients, income, revenue, profit, return on investment, or business success. The Academy makes no representation about how much any student will earn, how quickly, or whether they will earn anything at all.

No Earnings Examples or Testimonials Are Published

This website deliberately publishes no earnings figures, income examples, student result claims, before-and-after stories, testimonials, reviews, statistics about student outcomes, or fabricated success narratives.

If verified testimonials or results are added to this website in the future, they will be accompanied by the disclosures required by applicable law and will be identified as individual experiences that are not typical and not a promise of similar results.

Not Professional Advice

The program is educational. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or employment advice. Students who intend to offer automation, CRM, lead-generation, or sales services to clients are responsible for their own business registration, contracts, insurance, tax obligations, outreach compliance, data protection compliance, and adherence to applicable law, and should consult qualified professionals.

Certificate Limitations

This private Certificate of Completion confirms successful completion of the Academy’s educational program. It is not a university degree, government accreditation, professional license, guarantee of employment, guarantee of clients, or guarantee of income.

Third-Party Tools

Automations, CRM configurations, research workflows, and outreach built during the program depend on third-party platforms whose availability, pricing, features, terms, and policies are set by their providers and may change. The Academy has no control over those changes.

Make, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot, and other referenced products and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nexus AI Automation Academy is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these companies unless expressly stated otherwise.

Your Acknowledgement
