Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about the four-area curriculum, tools, packages, access periods, payments, certification, compliance, and what the Academy does and does not guarantee.

Both packages include scheduled one-on-one time. Elite includes private mentoring sessions and individual reviews of your work; Founder Accelerator includes weekly one-on-one sessions with the founder through the entire program. That time is finite, so only a set number of students can start in a given month.

The limit is a capacity fact, not a sales tactic. There is no countdown timer and no seat counter anywhere on this website. If you apply when the month is full, you will be told directly and offered the next opening or a package with open enrollment. Core and Professional are not limited in this way.

No. The program is built around no-code and low-code tools. You will work in visual builders such as Make.com and in a CRM interface, where systems are assembled from modules and settings rather than written in a programming language.

What is required is comfort with everyday business software, willingness to follow a structured sequence, and time to complete the practical exercises.

No. This is not only a software course. It is a complete practical Academy combining technology, business systems, lead generation, CRM management, and professional B2B sales.

The curriculum covers four connected areas equally: AI and Make.com automation; CRM systems and lead management; B2B lead generation and client acquisition; and remote sales, client communication, and closing.

Yes. Module 1 begins with digital business fundamentals and assumes no prior exposure to the tools. Each module builds on the previous one, and every module contains a practical exercise so that concepts are applied immediately rather than accumulated.

The core tools and platforms covered in the curriculum are:

  • ChatGPT and Claude — prompt creation, business research, data and lead analysis, structured output
  • Make.com — triggers, actions, modules, mapping, filters, routers, webhooks, and error handling
  • HubSpot CRM — companies, contacts, deals, pipelines, custom properties, lead statuses, scoring, notes, and tasks
  • Email, LinkedIn, and telephone — the outreach channels used in B2B appointment setting
  • Forms, spreadsheets, and webhooks — the everyday data sources most businesses already use

The emphasis is on transferable patterns, so the skills apply to comparable tools as well.

No. Tuition covers the Academy’s educational program, materials, assessments, and the support level of your package. Third-party software subscriptions are purchased separately by the student and are subject to each provider’s own pricing and terms.

Several of the tools used in the curriculum offer free tiers that are sufficient for learning purposes. Availability of those tiers is controlled by the providers, not by the Academy.

The program contains ten modules. The Core package includes modules 1 to 3, the Professional package includes modules 1 to 7, and the Elite and Founder Accelerator packages include all ten. Self-paced students in the Core package set their own schedule within their access period. The Professional package is delivered as a guided experience with live group mentoring sessions. Elite students follow the same structure with additional private sessions scheduled individually.

Completion time depends on the hours you can dedicate each week and the scope of the projects you choose to build.

Core includes the complete self-paced training across all four areas — AI and Make.com, CRM and HubSpot, B2B lead generation, and remote sales — plus workbooks and checklists, templates and scripts, three practical projects, assessments, and the Certificate of Completion.

Professional includes everything in Core plus live group mentoring, a private community, assignment feedback, six practical portfolio projects, a CRM implementation project, a B2B lead-generation project, sales-call practice, service offer development, and a final project review.

Elite includes everything in Professional plus private one-on-one mentoring, a personalized learning plan, individual CRM and automation reviews, personalized B2B strategy feedback, private sales-call practice, individual portfolio feedback, service positioning assistance, priority support, and additional support after completion.

A full feature-by-feature breakdown is available on the package comparison page.

Core includes 12 months of course access. Professional includes 18 months. Elite includes 24 months. Access begins after payment confirmation and onboarding. The exact access period for your enrollment is stated at checkout and in your enrollment confirmation.

Live group mentoring sessions in the Professional and Elite packages are recorded and made available in the student portal, so students in different US time zones are not disadvantaged. Private one-on-one Elite sessions are recorded only at the student’s request.

You can watch the recording and submit your question in advance or afterward through the student community or your assignment feedback channel. Missing a live session does not affect your eligibility for the Certificate of Completion, provided the lesson, assessment, and project requirements are met.

A computer running Windows or macOS, a stable internet connection, a modern web browser, a working email address, and—for the sales modules—a headset or microphone for call practice. No specialized hardware is required.

Yes, provided you meet the requirements. Eligible students must complete the required lessons, achieve the minimum assessment scores, and submit the practical projects required by their selected package. Students who meet those requirements receive the Nexus AI Automation Academy — Certificate of Completion.

No. This private Certificate of Completion confirms successful completion of the Academy’s educational program. It is not a university degree, government accreditation, professional license, guarantee of employment, guarantee of clients, or guarantee of income.

No. The Academy provides education, mentorship, and structured practice. It does not guarantee employment, job placement, interviews, or any hiring outcome. Employment depends on factors outside the Academy’s control, including your effort, experience, portfolio, and local market conditions.
