Purpose of This Disclosure
This disclosure explains how Nexus AI Automation Academy compensates authorized affiliates, and what that means for anyone who arrives at this website through a referral link, review, social post, email, or recommendation.
Affiliate Compensation
Authorized affiliates may receive compensation for qualified referrals or completed sales. Compensation may be a fixed amount or a percentage of the purchase price, as set out in the affiliate agreement between the affiliate and the Academy.
Affiliate compensation never changes the price you pay. Package prices are the same whether you arrive through an affiliate link or directly.
Affiliates Are Independent
Affiliates are independent parties. They are not employees, agents, advisors, or spokespeople of the Academy, and they are not authorized to make representations on the Academy’s behalf.
Statements, claims, opinions, or promises made by an affiliate are the affiliate’s own. Only information published on this website and in the Academy’s official communications represents the Academy.
Affiliate Obligations
Authorized affiliates are required to:
- clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to the Academy, in accordance with US Federal Trade Commission guidance on endorsements and testimonials
- describe the program accurately and only as an educational offering
- refrain from promising employment, clients, income, revenue, or business results
- refrain from publishing fabricated testimonials, invented statistics, fake scarcity, or misleading earnings examples
- refrain from unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading advertising, or trademark misuse
- comply with all applicable advertising, privacy, and consumer protection laws
The Academy may terminate an affiliate relationship and withhold compensation where these obligations are breached.
Cookies and Tracking
When you arrive through a partner link, the website reads the partner code from the web address (for example ?ref=partnercode) and stores that code in your browser’s local storage for 30 days. The stored value is the partner code only. No name, email address, browsing history, or behavioral profile is stored by this mechanism.
If you later submit an application, a contact message, or a partner referral, that code is sent together with the form so the enrollment can be attributed to the correct partner. You can remove the stored code at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this website. Blocking or clearing it does not change the price you pay or your access to the program.
Partner discount codes entered at checkout are recorded by the checkout provider and also serve as attribution. See the Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.
Reporting a Concern
If you encounter a promotion of this Academy that makes income promises, publishes testimonials you believe are fabricated, or otherwise misrepresents the program, please report it to info@nexusaiautomationacademy.com. We investigate every report.
Results Are Still Not Guaranteed
Nothing in an affiliate promotion changes the terms of the program. The Academy provides education and support. Individual outcomes vary and depend on participation, effort, implementation, previous experience, market conditions, and other factors.
