Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Nexus AI Automation Academy website, the packages pages, the student portal, and all educational programs, materials, and services provided by Nexus AI Automation Academy (the “Academy”, “we”, “us”).

By using this website, submitting an application, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a program.

Nature of the Service

The Academy provides online educational programs, learning materials, assessments, practical projects, and—depending on the package purchased—group or individual mentorship. The curriculum covers four connected areas: artificial intelligence and Make.com automation; CRM systems and lead management; B2B lead generation and client acquisition; and remote sales, client communication, and closing.

The Academy is not, and does not present itself as:

• a university, college, or degree-granting institution
• a government or state-approved education provider
• an accredited or licensed professional training body
• an employer, employment agency, or job-placement service
• a franchise, business opportunity, investment, or securities offering
• a provider of legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By enrolling you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

The Academy may review applications and may decline or cancel an enrollment at its discretion, including where information provided is inaccurate, where required agreements are not accepted, or where a payment cannot be processed.

Packages, Prices, and Payment

Packages, inclusions, and prices are described on the packages page and the individual product pages. All prices are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply.

• Core — $499, payable as a single one-time payment
• Professional — $1,199, payable as a single one-time payment
• Elite — $1,999, payable as a single one-time payment
• Founder Accelerator — $3,997, payable as a single one-time payment

Each package is charged as a single one-time payment at the time of enrollment. The Academy does not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or instalment agreements.

Enrollment in the Elite and Founder Accelerator packages is limited each month because both include scheduled one-on-one time. Where no place is available in the month of application, the applicant is informed and offered the next available start date or an alternative package. No payment is taken for a place that is not available.

Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect enrollments already completed.

Access and Delivery

Access is granted after payment confirmation and onboarding. Access periods are stated on the product pages and at checkout: 12 months for Core, 18 months for Professional, and 24 months for Elite, measured from the date access is issued.

Access is personal to the enrolled student. Account sharing, resale of access, and distribution of credentials are prohibited.

Student Conduct

Students agree to behave professionally in all live sessions, community spaces, and correspondence. The Academy may suspend or terminate access without refund for:

• sharing account credentials or distributing Academy materials
• harassment, abuse, or discriminatory conduct toward staff, mentors, or other students
• attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Academy systems
• fraudulent payment activity or unjustified chargebacks

Lawful Use of Outreach and Data Skills

The program teaches B2B prospect research, CRM data handling, and outreach by email, LinkedIn, and telephone. Students are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to them and to the people and companies they contact, including anti-spam, telemarketing, do-not-call, electronic communications, and data protection rules.

The Academy teaches ethical and compliant outreach and prohibits the use of its materials for unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive identification, scraping in breach of a platform’s terms, or any unlawful collection or use of personal data. The Academy provides education, not legal advice.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, workbooks, checklists, templates, prompt libraries, assessments, and written content are the intellectual property of Nexus AI Automation Academy or its licensors, and are provided under a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for the duration of your access period.

You may use the templates and prompts in your own work and client projects. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, or use Academy materials to create a competing educational product.

Work you create during the program—your scenarios, projects, and documentation—belongs to you.

Third-Party Tools and Services

The curriculum references third-party platforms. Subscriptions, fees, availability, and terms for those platforms are set by their providers and are not included in Academy tuition. The Academy is not responsible for changes to third-party pricing, features, availability, or terms.

Make, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot, and other referenced products and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nexus AI Automation Academy is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these companies unless expressly stated otherwise.

Certificates

Students who complete the required lessons, achieve the minimum assessment scores, and submit the practical projects required by their package receive the Nexus AI Automation Academy — Certificate of Completion.

This private Certificate of Completion confirms successful completion of the Academy’s educational program. It is not a university degree, government accreditation, professional license, guarantee of employment, guarantee of clients, or guarantee of income.

No Guarantee of Results

The Academy provides education and support. Individual outcomes vary and depend on participation, effort, implementation, previous experience, market conditions, and other factors. Purchasing the program does not guarantee employment, clients, income, revenue, return on investment, or business results.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, the request window, and applicable conditions are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Communications and Consent

By submitting an application or completing a purchase you agree that the Academy may contact you by phone, email, and text message regarding your application, enrollment, and account. Consent to marketing communication is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time using the instructions in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, materials, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Academy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Academy does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Academy’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any program shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to the Academy for the package giving rise to the claim.

The Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or lost opportunities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Academy, its officers, employees, mentors, and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the materials, or your use of automation systems you build for yourself or for third parties.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The Academy is an online education provider serving students internationally. Its United States company registration is in progress; the governing law and the venue for disputes will be stated in this section, and this document reissued, as soon as that registration is complete. Enrollments completed before that date remain subject to the terms in force at the time of enrollment.

Before any formal step is taken, both sides agree to attempt to resolve a dispute directly. Write to info@nexusaiautomationacademy.com with “Dispute” in the subject line, and the Academy will respond within 10 business days. Nothing in this section removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

The Academy may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email. Continued use of the website or the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Earnings and Results Disclaimer, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Academy regarding the subject matter.
